Special Qualifications:
Over 22 years as General Contractor and 30 years of experience in the Architectural field. Fernando has developed a wide range of projects encompassing new construction, additions and renovations.
Professional Experience:
General Contractor - 2000 current
Plan, direct, and coordinate a wide variety of construction projects. His knowledge covers a broad extent of buildings of all types; retail, commercial, residential and hospitality.
Fernando manage the entire project including site development, building shell and tenant build out. He schedule, coordinate and carry out with the entire construction process, from the conceptual development stage through final job delivery, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget.
Architecture & Interior Design
Project Architect & Consultant, 1990 -2004
Responsible for the production of construction plans, detailing and coordination for several retail, commercial, corporate offices and institutional projects. Fernando rendered his professional services to top architectural and Interior design firms in New York City such as SBLM Architects P.C., MCG Architecture Inc., SCR Design Inc., and API Architecture + International, Tampa, Fl.
Education:
Fernando was awarded the degree of Architect in 1990 by St. Tomas University a recognized private institution of higher education in Colombia, South America.
