Over seven years as a General Contractor and Sixteen years of experience in the Architectural field and Interior design. Fernando has developed a wide range of architectural projects encompassing new construction, additions and renovations. His knowledge covers a broad extent of building types including custom residential, commercial, offices, hotels, schools and correctional facilities. Fernando has developed extensive standardized procedures for the methodology and preparation of construction documents through the use of computer aided design (CAD) system.

Fernando was awarded the degree of Architect in 1990 by St. Tomas University a recognized private institution of higher education in Colombia, S.A.
